- Course access – 1 month of e-learning access from date of payment
- Assessment format – 50 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), one sitting, covering the full syllabus
- Pass mark – 90% (45/50)

Specialist Pathway Add-ons
AICP/L and AICS/L candidates complete additional scenario-based assessment, drafting exercises, simulated board presentations, crisis response exercises, and jurisdiction-specific electives.
After Accreditation
Accredited counsel maintain 20+ CIPD points every two years, spread across at least half the core competencies, through approved courses tagged and published on IHCHub.
